Designed in collaboration with MA Architects, this new 9-story building will be located on the corner of Canal and the West Side Highway in Tribeca and it's comprised of 11 loft style apartments, . Each unit is designed to have breathtaking waterfront views of the Hudson River. With multiple duplex configurations, several units are able to take advantage of outdoor terrace space due to setbacks and roof deck area. The exterior facade will offer large floor to ceiling windows framed in steel, to reflect the industrial character of the neighborhood.
