Nestled within the serene, forested landscapes of Abastumani, this residential project is a masterclass in biophilic luxury and classical refinement. The design philosophy draws directly from the surrounding rolling hills, utilizing a warm palette of wood, stone, and earthy textures to create a seamless dialogue between the architecture and the Georgian highlands.

From the double-height entrance hall with its cascading light to the "Stairway of Light" featuring vibrant stained glass, every transition is treated as an artistic experience. The living spaces balance grand proportions with intimate comfort, anchored by a central fireplace and sculptural chandeliers. Private quarters, including the ornate Master Suite and tranquil guest rooms, serve as personal sanctuaries defined by floral motifs, gold accents, and soft, natural lighting. By blending sustainable materials with traditional craftsmanship—such as marble finishes and gilded fixtures—the residence transforms daily rituals into an elevated experience of well-being and understated elegance.
