The proposal is simple and direct, a generous lobby located in the central zone divides the different areas. The dining room is located on the south façade as a continuity of both terraces, enjoying the unbeatable views of the old city and taking advantage of the complex volumetry of the roof.

Through a slight staircase the dining area is connected to the kitchen. To the north is the night area, guaranteeing the privacy of the bedrooms with respect to the rest of the house.

The herringbone parquet, the slats, the natural oak coverings and the ceiling of the day area make wood the vehicle material for this renovation. In tune with the rest of the neutral finishes and careful decoration, they create a pleasant atmosphere to live in.
