Real estate development of 24 terraced houses with a contemporary style that responds to the natural surroundings of the Algarve, close to the beach.
We designed homes with open and comfortable layouts, creating bright spaces of high architectural quality, blurring the boundaries between interior and exterior. The aim is to achieve the feeling of a detached single-family house by providing each space with large windows and cross ventilation, improving energy efficiency and allowing the sea breeze to flow through.
The ground floor accommodates the daytime living area, with an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space, a guest toilet, and private outdoor areas conceived as an extension of the interior. The first floor is dedicated to the night area, with two double bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a master suite with a private bathroom and generous storage space.
On the roof level are the laundry room and plant room. All dwellings feature, at this level, a large solarium terrace with a barbecue area and a private pool, offering direct views of the sea.
