Facing the sea of Ipanema in full, with Pedra do Arpoador and Morro Dois Irmãos framing the horizon, this 430 m² apartment was conceived as a serene surface onto which the landscape projects itself. The interior architecture works with a light touch: a raw palette, soft tones, and essential joinery shift the focus to light, to texture, and to the view that orders the entire space.
The curation brings together original design and the heritage of Brazilian modernism. Pieces conceived by the studio — the Curva sofa, the dining table in solid timber and a table that combines billiards and ping-pong — converse with celebrated authors such as Sergio Rodrigues, Jorge Zalszupin, Jacqueline Terpins, Claudia Moreira Salles and Ricardo Fasanello, alongside the work Tintas Polvo by Adriana Varejão.
The result is an interior of quiet precision, where refinement and informality coexist, and where architecture becomes a lasting frame for the Rio de Janeiro landscape.
