Located on one of Presidente Prudente's main traffic routes, on Avenida Washington Luís, the retrofit project is a reading of contrast and dialogue with the surroundings. From the outside, the gray and sober expression of the concrete skin that surrounds the building is interrupted and invites the passer-by to enter: an orange ramp starts from the sidewalk leading to the interior of the building. The color runs through the entire space and reveals it little by little, between the concrete skin and the interior space, a garden surprises us both for those who are inside and for those who approach the building. Some subtractions in the facade wall reveal the green. Inside, two rooms, the first for refrigerated food; the second for grocery products. In this room there are some tables for those who want to spend a late afternoon tasting a good wine. Cozy place with warm colors and surrounding light. With architecture of coziness and warm colors of food and drinks.
