Construction follow-up has been underway since the spring of 2023 and occupancy of the first building took place at the beginning of 2024. The Atlas block is large and complex block in phase 3 of Barkarbystaden. The block has veried content with 302 apartments, 6 units for residents with special needs, 1,155 square meters of offices, a grocery store of 2,115 square meters, premises for commerce, 14 resturants, 4 loading spaces and parking garagw with 163 spaces.

The size of the homes varies from studios to 4 bedrooms and at street level also 2-storey townhouses that contribute to a variety of housing types. The block's various functions are deliberately placed in relation to connecting urban spaces and thus contrubute to urban life and the cityscape around the entire block. Resturants and retail premises are aimed at the new Sveatorget, wich will be Barkarbystaden's central location with a future metro station. The townhouses at street level, on the other hand, are placed towards the quieter streets on the sides of the block.
