This is a finishing and reconstruction of the first Bata skyscraper in Brno. The exterior shape evokes the original, simple even austere style of Bata concept, avoiding any historical imitation. The idea is to keep the facade plain white, translucent and transparent, ensembeled by roof garden, green terrace and the building screening.
