The project is carried out on the beach in Laguna Sea 88 km south of Lima, on a small plot of 160m2. (8mt.x20mt.) They had to comply with a side withdrawal 1mt., Front one of 5m. and later one of 1mt. this further reduced the area to build, but took advantage in the proposed design for use spatially whole lot.
That is why the use of glass partitions lateral raises for not reducing the spaces during the day and these can be opened allowing to have more space.
The project is based on the simple idea of having a volume superimposed over other 2 are on the first floor, the upper volume contains the bedrooms and bathrooms. Containing 2 secondary bedrooms that can be converted into one with a bath and the master bedroom with bathroom and terrace.
The second level of mandatory retirement is fail to use the terrace space used to be open to the outside, keeping a small room with a fogatera center, and allows communication to small courtyard.
The project consists of: - 5 bedrooms. - 3 Bathrooms -1 Bathroom Visit - 3 terraces - 1 living room. - Kitchenette - Laundry - Bedroom and Bath Service. Land Area: 160m2. Built area: 129.95m2 Area 1 Level: 86.50m2 Area 2 Level: 43.45m2

El proyecto es realizado en la playa Laguna Mar en en kilómetro 88 al sur de la ciudad de Lima, en un lote pequeño de 160m2. (8mt.x20mt.) Se tenía que respetar con un retiro lateral de 1mt., uno frontal de 5mts. y uno posterior de 1mt. esto reducía más el área a construir, pero se aprovechaba en el diseño planteado para utilizar espacialmente todo el lote.
Es por eso que se plantea el uso de mamparas de vidrio lateral para no reducir los espacios y durante el día estas se puedan abrir permitiendo tener más amplitud.
El proyecto parte de la idea simple de tener un volumen sobrepuesto encima de otros 2 que están en el primer piso, el volumen superior contiene las habitaciones y baños. Conteniendo 2 habitaciones secundarias que se pueden transformar en una sola con un baño y el dormitorio principal con baño y terraza.
El retiro obligatorio del segundo nivel es aprovecha para utilizar el espacio de terraza que se usa de estar abierto al exterior, teniendo una salita con una fogatera al centro, y permite la comunicación al pequeño patio interior.
El proyecto consta de: - 5 dormitorios. - 3 Baños -1 Baño Visita - 3 terrazas - 1 sala comedor. - Kitchenet - Lavandería - Dormitorio y Baño de Servicio. Área de Terreno: 160m2. Área construida: 129.95m2 Área 1 Nivel: 86.50m2 Área 2 Nivel: 43.45m2
