Relax in harmony

The indoor pool is designed as an exclusive wellness area, where the interior and exterior seamlessly merge thanks to the generous glass facades. Ceramic tiles and panoramic wall cladding with a wavy motif enhance the soothing atmosphere, while comfortable lounge chairs invite you to relax.

The adjacent sauna naturally connects to this. Recurring materials such as natural stone and wood provide cohesion and reinforce the tranquility and unity within the design.

Where details make the difference

The bar forms the heart of the home, where rounded shapes and rich materials come together. The natural stone countertop and tile finish create a sophisticated look, while the bar stools with a distinctive print provide a playful accent. A elegant pendant lamp emphasizes the height of the room without losing its open character. The integrated seat and refined wall finish create an intimate spot within the whole space.

In the kitchen, character and functionality meet. Aged brass forms a powerful contrast with dark natural stone and gives the design an authentic look. The kitchen invites you to cook and enjoy together, while colorful pendant lights are subtly reflected in the natural stone countertop. Thanks to the generous glass panels, the kitchen and covered terrace flow effortlessly into one another.

The Rotterdam identity is subtly expressed in the graffiti wall, where a nod to Feyenoord gives the home gym a distinctive character.
