The value of vision.Natural Skin near London To the south-west of London, in a complex in the city of Wey bridge created through a major renovation of an old industrial building, a spacious flat assumes a new residential spirit.

The design produced by architects from the construction, renovation and investment company CLPD in London, which collaborates frequently with Minacciolo, features a kitchen furnished withNatural Skin.A collection that isideal for satisfying the need for custom materials and finishes, the layouts were created exclusively for this setting.

The industrial character of the original structure was preserved in the flooring and walls and echoed in a few contemporary furniture elements. The setting was made particularly welcoming with a touch of warmth, using solid fir to cover the cabinet fronts, combined with an exclusive rust finish.

The “living” wood was treated with accelerated aging processes to obtain an effect that, when paired with the grey and black, retains the allure of an industrial style without sacrificing elegance. To make it suitable for use in the kitchen, the wood was finished with a transparent protective varnish.

In the island, the texture of the wood contrasts with the nature of Fenix, a material produced with nanotechnology. Offering thermal repair, a soft touch and an extremely matt finish, it was chosen to cover all the worktops in the kitchen. The most advanced technologies were also utilized in the HDF, which was used for the cabinet fronts in the island, making them very practical.

Shades of grey and brown characterize the entire living area. Against the kitchen backdrop composed of Italian artisan tiles by Mutina, which decorate the space with combinations of shapes, the hood in the new brushed vintage steel finish stands out, enlivening the creative wall with a simple play of elements.

In addition to the finest materials, appliances from the best brands were included, providing another excellent example ofcombining tradition with technological innovation.

A passion for creativity is also evident in the craftsmanship of the details of this entirely Italian product – intelligent large drawers that contain smaller interior drawers and pull-out baskets make this kitchen extremely functional. The modern, minimalistic free-standing refrigerator in total black is paired with an oven and wine cooler.

The solidity of the wood, combined with the simplicity of the existing elements surrounding an entire kitchen that markedlyblends the past and the future, demonstrates the exceptional materials research that Minacciolo has conducted, highlighting wood’s organic nature in contrast with the most advanced technologies to create a welcoming, clean composition in which tradition and modernity merge in harmony. Another important objective was achieved by fully satisfying the requests of customers.

This kitchen displays all the elegance and craftsmanship that distinguish the history of the Minacciolo brand, without sacrificing originality and creativity.
