"Brunnenhof" is a project for the demolition and reconstruction of a traditional South Tyrolean farmhouse in Cortaccia (BZ)

The client wanted to build a house that could accommodate 6 apartments, one for each member of the family, and 2 to be used as holiday accommodation for those, who want to enjoy a bit of rural life, among the colors and scents of South Tyrol.

The basement of the building was built completely in concrete, and on it was "leaned" the house. 

The external walls of the ground floor and first floor were built with an innovative dry system.

It was decided to adopt a ventilated roof in wood, using a natural and traditional material.

The facade and the roof shows a metal cladding.
