BTD International Fund House Headquarters is a full-scope corporate office design and fit-out project completed by Sonraki Architecture in 2023, located at Emaar Center Residence — one of Istanbul's most prestigious business addresses in the Anatolian Side of Istanbul.
The project was delivered entirely in-house: interior architecture, bespoke furniture and joinery production, graphic design integration, fit-out, and project consultancy — managed under a single responsibility from design brief to final handover.
Design Approach
The design brief reflected the identity of an international fund management firm: an environment that communicates precision, authority and credibility without sacrificing the spatial comfort required for a productive working day. The challenge was to translate a strong institutional character into a space that still feels considered and human in its proportions and material quality.
A controlled palette of dark-toned joinery, refined metal detailing and premium upholstered surfaces defines the material language throughout. CEO suite, director cabins, boardroom and open-plan workspaces were each approached as distinct environments — unified by a consistent design logic and a rigorous attention to detail.
Scope of Works
— Interior architecture and space planning — Concept design and 3D visualisation — CEO suite, director rooms and meeting room design — Open-plan workspace planning and layout — Bespoke joinery: wall panels, built-in storage, executive desk systems — Custom furniture design and in-house production — Graphic design and brand identity integration into interior elements — Material and finish specification — Full fit-out and site implementation — Interior decoration and consultancy
