Zorlu Center Private Residence is a complete interior design and build project delivered by Sonraki Architecture in 2024, located within Zorlu Center — one of Istanbul's most prestigious and architecturally significant mixed-use developments in Beşiktaş.
The project scope covered the full interior architecture of a terraced apartment: spatial planning, concept design, technical documentation, bespoke joinery and furniture production, material specification, fit-out, and interior styling — managed entirely in-house from first brief to final handover.
Design Approach
The brief called for a refined, liveable environment that reflected the client's lifestyle without sacrificing practicality. The apartment's generous proportions and elevated city views were treated as primary design assets — spatial decisions were made to frame and extend these qualities rather than compete with them.
A restrained material palette — warm-toned timbers, considered stone selections, and custom metalwork details — creates consistency across living spaces, master bedroom, children's room, kitchen and ancillary areas. Every piece of joinery and furniture was designed and produced by Sonraki's own production team, ensuring complete control over quality and detailing.
