Looking for a way to marry functionality with aesthetics in their way of branding themselves to visitors, Bühler Groups Danish office in Skovlunde, Denmark opted for a ‘branding wall of history’ built with half GRID-cubes.
The half GRID-cube was ideal for this part of the project, as it allows the ‘timeline branding wall’ to tell its story without being too imposing in its dimensions, on the other functionality of the room itself.
The flexibility of the exhibition is paramount, which is what the mix of side-paneled and open GRID-cubes lends itself well to. The wall both catches the eye, and makes space for a monitor as well as a representation of important figures of Bühlers history on the mounting wall itself. This achieves the storytelling being aimed at, while still being a functional part of the office design.
The storytelling is achieved through re-adhesive foils that can be shifted between GRIDs, just as the GRIDs can be moved effortlessly to embrace full modularity.
Aiming for a consistent look, Bühler also incorporated GRID to show off their museum of products produced with the tools of their trade. For this the full GRID-cube was chosen to better present the products in a three-dimensional space.
