ETEM’s premium system for windows and doors E75 retains the uniqueness and authentic facade of Bulgarian Bank for Development which building is a monument of culture of regional importance in Bulgaria. The building was erected in 1880-1881, designed by the Czech architect Adolf Václav Kolář who worked on the first urban plan of Sofia.
ETEM is the only company that manages to offer an appropriate solution covering all the requirements regarding the technical back-up and to preserve completely the appearance and the authentic facade. ETEM uses all the advantages of the E75 system and develops a special profile design that repeats the design of the previous wooden window frames in all its complexity and uniqueness.
The E75 system is distinguished by a very wide discontinuous thermal bridge and excellent thermal performance and has been specially designed to meet today's housing requirements in the energy efficiency era. Additional internal insulators, multi-chamber EPDM central seals, and 39 mm polyamides provide excellent thermal insulation and bring the E75 system to the highest standards. Among the main advantages of the E75 can be distinguished its elegant straight design, its reliable opening mechanism and the numerous locking points, the wide variety of color solutions and last but not least the possibility of mounting anti-burglar hardware for better security performance.
All these features of E75 made possible the partnership between ETEM and the developer of the project for reconstruction of the cultural building in Bulgaria.
