Larson® aluminium composite panels by Alucoil® clad the façade of Burj Alfardan, a mixed-use development located in the Marina District of Lusail, Qatar, designed by Arab Engineering Bureau (AEB) and completed in 2019. More than 30,000 m² of larson® were installed throughout the project, which combines office, commercial and service spaces, as well as a Jaguar Land Rover dealership.

The façade combines Silver Metallic, Sunshine Grey Metallic and Champagne Metallic finishes, creating a palette of different tones that adds depth and character to the building. Depending on the light and viewing angle, the metallic surfaces reveal subtle variations, giving the envelope a changing and sophisticated appearance.

The project demonstrates how combining different finishes can bring personality to a large-scale building envelope. Larson® panels by Alucoil® allows different tones to be integrated within a single façade, offering design freedom and precision to meet the demands of a project of this scale.
