The narrow configuration of the lot defined the architectural solution that integrates patios for natural lighting and ventilation. The enclosed appearance of the building is contradicted by the fluidity of the inner spaces in close relation with the outside.

The ground floor façade is cladded in metal and disguises a garage and the recessed main entrance. While the ground floor takes the width of the plot the upper floor matches the profile of the juxtaposed house. 

Inside, a concrete heated floor increases the level of comfort and reinforces the continuity of spaces at the ground floor. The kitchen, dining area and living room extend to a covered area facing the back garden to the south. The office is hidden behind a bookcase lit by the patio to the north. 

The upper volume follows the allowed heights and alignments and shelters the sleeping areas of the house. Here, a patio allows the existence of a third bedroom, as required, while also introducing natural light and ventilation to both the distribution spaces and center of the house.
