This project is located on the coast of Matanzas, VI Region, on a complex piece of land in a ravine with an incredible view of the sea, these two factors (ravine and view) being the most important for the creative development of the project.
Deep sloping terrain and the need to encompass the views were important issues to resolve before carrying out this work, two volumes were designed on different levels, intertwined by a "bridge" and rotated slightly between them to take advantage of the terrain and encompass views from all the areas, one of them perched on stilts trying to look out towards the sea and another submerged in the slope invading the the landscape less possible.

All in wood, where the program was resolved with a first volume of access and bedrooms, and a second volume with mainly common spaces.
Since the town is an area with high winds, it was designed with this in mind, so that the barbecue area and the terrace would always be protected, these being the outdoor areas most occupied by the family.

The barbecue area is raised on a sandy surface, covered from the wind by the house itself and at the same time with a view through large windows of the sea.
The entire common area, living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, barbecue area and terrace were designed with sliding doors that give flexibility to the spaces. The windows towards the terrace, like those of the barbecue area, are stacked to the sides, allowing all of them to remain the connected spaces, at the same time the living room has a large sliding door that when opened is integrated as a single large room, thus configuring a comfortable and cozy family project.
