WS House consists on a remodeling project for an existing house, which the structure of the first floor and its location on the land are maintained.

The project seeks to integrate the common spaces of the house with the open living, dining and kitchen, where the center of attention becomes the dining room attached to the kitchen island.

The staircase has a sculptural role in the access to the house, with projecting wooden steps anchored to the wall, from which an iron screen emerges from the steps to the ceiling, creating the railing.

On the first floor of the house there is also the master bedroom with access to the garden, bathroom and walking closet, as well as a second bedroom, desk and guest bathroom.

On the second floor there is a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The exterior volumetry of the house consists of an existing solid first floor that contrasts with the proposed wooden volume, which is pierced by the windows framed in iron profiles.

These windows, having a higher height than the finished ceiling, achieve greater lighting and spatiality, also allowing better views of the surroundings.
