An urban project for two brothers who relocated from the countryside to study in São Paulo. This served as the starting point for creating a modern interior design, full of charm, style, and personality.

With minimal renovations, the apartment, nestled in the heart of Jardins neighborhood gained a new look when it received a cementitious coating on the living room walls. An urban touch was added with a carpentry that covered the main wall, incorporating hand-picked objects to match the lifestyle of the two brothers who would be living there. The three existing doors leading into the large living room (one to the private area, one to the apartment entrance, and one to the guest bathroom) were fitted with Cumaru panels, seamlessly integrating with the custom carpentry.

The kitchen’s wall coverings were replaced and the existing cabinets were repainted, giving the space a stylish blend of retro, modern, and cool atmosphere.
The result was a cozy, vibrant, warmly space designed to welcome the family as they embarked on a new chapter in their lives.
