Single-family home project developed in Brumadinho / Minas Gerais.
The project seeks to relate to both the lush landscape of the Serra do Rola Moça State Park and the land itself, which was laid out in such a way as to minimize the removal of existing trees. For this reason, the sectorization program prioritizes the ground floor, enabling integration between inside and outside, and connection with the orchard and vegetable garden.
The second floor and terrace housed offices and an open terrace to enable visual integration with the surrounding mountains, above the treetops.
