(Casa per tre) "House for three" was born after the renovation of an old building in the north suburbof Turin. The image of the building before our intervention was that of an unfinished building. The lack of an entire corner of the house to its full height, on the main front, has driven us to complete the volume. The verification that for technical reasons it was necessary however also intervene on existing facades with insulation and waterproofing, led us towards an integrated solution. This small building has been covered with an insulation system and waterproofing coat, now, the slope of the new roof in laminated, ends exactly at the front facade. the result is a clean volume without eaves.The protruding elements are the two dormer windows, the bow window and the red box of the balcony Internally the house for three, returns the "playful rigor" of its external image with great consistency thanks to a lucky spatial arrangement.

The finishes, chosen carefully by the owners, emphasize the concept of equipped box in which every object has a place in the structure and nothing is left to chance. The colors, the natural and artificial light play an important role; apparently neutral in his whites and blacks, the house heats up thanks to the zenith light diffused from the attic dormers, and thanks to the right choice of a hidden and warm artificial light.

Lucky construction site where the harmony created among owners, designers and enterprises during the carrying out of the work and the common purpose of all these people, is reflected today in the result.
