The desire for an intimate and relaxing environment of a clientele in love with the sea and travel has guided the restructuring of this noble and contemporary residence.

The love for the sea is translated into the chromatic choices and the combination with the warm tones of the parquet and its sought-after color and format.

The space is not divided but unified with the aim of embracing the whole living area in a single glance.

To complete the architectural design, iconic lights are positioned ad hoc and to fur ther warm up the atmosphere it is possible to light the bio-fireplace with a single gesture.

Simple volumetries are transformed into complex structures. The white iron and wood cantilevered bookcase, designed to liven up the false ceiling tops and to house the important collection of the owners’ books, intersects itself with the totemic vertical vol ume that houses the bio-fireplace.

To balance the aerial composition, the underlying dining table seems to float in the space thanks to the crystal structure that supports it.

T he articulation of the paths is determined by more than one vertical element created by expert artisans. A glazed partition outlines on one side the functional area of the kitchen and the other is  defined by the cor ridor together with the retractable marine blue cabi net. The sloping roof in the distribution space recalls the archetypal shape of the house.

 The space of the kitchen is cozy and intimate despite being very characterized. The reflective surfaces are mainly white or steel, although there are also wooden inserts which, in continu ity, refer to the surrounding environment.

State of the art technology completes the equipment making this space simple but functional.
