"The project's customers, a married couple with a child, came to our studio and  said they wanted to work with me," says designer Ekaterina Astapova. — The main task was to organize all the necessary functional areas: a master bedroom with a bathroom, a separate childdren's room, a large kitchen-living room and an entrance area, including a hall and a guest bathroom. At the same time, the owners asked to place an island and a dining area in the kitchen, and a large sofa in the living room. And, of course, it was necessary to provide a number of storage spaces."

The apartment was bought with a free layout — the developer only outlined the contour of the mines and wet zones. In general, the space was quite easy to work with. The only difficulty was the lack of space: in order to realize all the wishes of customers, we had to remove the balcony blocks.

The owner of the apartment is from Italy, and the spouses both love everything connected with this country.  The interior is built on a combination of white and olive green and is filled with natural textures.

This Mediterranean vibe is best felt in the kitchen. Here the customer can cook dishes with the addition of hand-grown herbs and admire the view of Moscow City, which opens from large windows decorated with shutters.

Almost all the cabinet and upholstered furniture was made to order according to the designer's sketches. This made it possible to create an ideal modern space with bright accents and a single architectural idea, in which functional zones smoothly flow from one to another.
