We had to maintain the finishing from the developer - this was the constant wish of the customers and to create a complete fit out project.
Approximate cost of the project +/- 1000000 AED

The main idea of the project
The main idea was to create a cozy, bright space in which there will be a lot of ‘air’, in which the whole family will want to spend a lot of time and welcome guests.
The owners
The owners of the villa are an oriental family with two adult children, one of the children does not live with their parents permanently.
The main goals
One of the main tasks was also the client’s desire - the purchase of all materials, furniture and light from stock. The custom furniture and decorative elements had to be completed in-house by local workshops to meet the very tight time frame we were given for this project. Preservation of the planning solution and finishing materials from the developer. Thus, we left the floors, electricity (added the necessary terminals and moved some existing ones), terminals for decorative lighting were also preserved, as well as all air conditioning and ceiling decoration.

Layout
An important element was that we increased the number of bathrooms due to the fact that one large bathroom in the guest bedroom was divided and made into one part with an exit from the living room. There was also a shared bathroom on the second floor. After the division, we ended up with two bathrooms, each with its own entrance for each bedroom.
Basic finishing materials
Important elements of the interior were the integration of voluminous, multi-layer decorative plaster (of various types) in combination with veneer panels, and accent elements were travertine and marble inserts - by this we emphasized the customer’s preference for natural materials and shades, with a reference to nature. All this is combined with the landscape that can be seen from the windows.

Storage systems
There is a lot of custom-made furniture throughout the villa, the configuration varies based on customer requests for each room.
Lighting scenarios
The lighting and its scripts were retained from the developer. But we added decorative light in the form of warm diffused lighting.
The color palette
This is a mostly neutral color palette. The main preference is beige shades and accent colors such as green and white for voluminous abstract paintings. (made to order specifically for this project).

Decor and textiles
Stylists worked on decor and textiles.
Time framework
Implementation of the entire project took 3 months (May, June, July 2023).
