Due to the site’s limited excavation potential, the building is accessed via a corridor leading into the terrain. The open-plan layout allows for flexible use and can be freely adapted to tenant-specific fit-out standards.
A centrally positioned core accommodates the internal circulation and sanitary facilities. Read as a space-dividing element, this core also enables the subdivision and leasing of partial floor areas.
Continuous ribbon windows wrap around the building, emphasizing its horizontal expression through the alternating rhythm of glazing and parapets.
