Como Residences blends the essence of the world’s most luxurious destinations into a single architectural landmark shaped like an organic seashell rising towards the sky. Inspired by the rhythm of the sea and the soft curves formed by waves on the sand, the tower stands as a sculptural expression of elegance and harmony.
The sleek vertical form rises above Palm Jumeirah, seamlessly integrating into a landscape defined by luxury resorts, high-end retail and world-class dining. Each residence features expansive layouts, generous terraces and private pools framed by lush greenery, creating a sense of openness and serenity.
Developed through the Carlisle–BMA Studio Collective, the project’s interior design reflects a shared vision of creativity, functionality and timeless elegance. Our scope covers interior design and technical design management, ensuring that every aspect from spatial planning to material detailing meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and performance.
