The house is composed by an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen at the ground floor, as well as a separate multipurpose room. On the first floor there is the master bedroom en-suite with a walk in closet, another two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a library.

The structural frame of the house is made of concrete and the walls are made of aerated concrete blocks (YTONG). Moreover, the windows are made of aluminum insulated with polyamides and double glazing low-e windows.

Also, the house features a 1.5kW photovoltaics system. Moreover, there are 8 solar panels which are responsible for the heating of water for the swimming pool as well as water that is being used in the house.
