The design focuses on creating a calming atmosphere with a foundation of varying wood tones against crisp white walls. This coastal-inspired palette features shades of blues, greens, creams, and beiges, reflecting the tranquil hues of the nearby beach. Whimsical elements such as stripes, soft florals, and motifs of birds and palm trees enhance the coastal theme throughout the furnishings and wall art.
Gandhi's vision incorporates an uneven wall texture to amplify the cottage feel, while layered materials like jute and sisal rugs laid over textured stone floors add warmth and character.
