CRHA

Folio Design transformed the offices of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA). The main objective: create a professional and inspiring space of just over 6,000 square feet, encouraging employees to return to work with enthusiasm.

The challenge was significant: to combine expertise, conviviality, and color. Folio Design rose to the challenge by rethinking the layout to offer flexible spaces that foster collaboration while preserving areas of concentration. A thorough analysis of the client's needs and operational strategy led to the development of a technical program focused on the flexibility of the space. Several targeted spaces were analyzed during the pre-project phase.

Particular attention was paid to acoustics and the adaptability of the workplace. Common areas were created to encourage interaction while maintaining quiet areas. The optimal use of every square foot creates an environment where flexibility is key. The furniture component took on a significant role in the project. Several distributors were carefully selected to meet the desired aesthetic and functionality.

The result is a bright, warm, and colorful workspace. A unique project that captures the dynamic essence of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA), redefining how employees perceive their workplace.

As a major influencer in the Quebec workplace, the CRHA professional order plays a crucial role in fostering a balance between organizational success and employee well-being. Dynamic and fluid forms define the essence of the project, deliberately moving away from conventional norms. The entrance to the space, with its enveloping curves, leads naturally to a central shared area: the kitchen and the coworking space. This organic structure acts as a unifying link between two distinct zones—the public area and the one reserved for the Order's employees. This shape symbolizes one of the Order's fundamental objectives: to guide organizations toward evolution. The meticulous search for color nuances resulted in a dynamic and colorful palette, reflecting the Order's innovation. This visual harmony is reflected in every detail, creating an environment that embodies the Order's commitment to well-being while reflecting its positive influence on Quebec's professional landscape. This project pushes the boundaries of interior design, using a limited and defined budget, creating a space that, like the Order, inspires progress and evolution within organizations.

The Order's purposeful space is now modern and bold, while remaining timeless. A human space where the user brings their environment to life according to their varied needs.
