"Where exceptional shapes and materials come together, CT House emerges. The semi-circular concrete wall embraces the building and creates a courtyard, this courtyard forms the heart of the house where the swimming pond determines the play of lines".
This 'pure' and 'raw' house is characterized by the unfinished concrete in combination with larger cortent steel plates and minimalist window profiles.
The pond forms the connecting factor between the courtyard and the open garden that continues towards the forest. The layout of the ground floor is based on this. The three divisions are reflected in the living room, kitchen and sitting area.
The upper floor can be accessed via the staircase that floats in the glass staircase above the pond. This glass bridge connects both floors and ensures constant contact with the garden.
On the upper floor there is a guest bedroom with bathroom and a very luxurious and spacious master suite.
