The arrival is defined by a vestibule framed by a marble wall, which acts as both a visual focal point and a welcoming gesture. From the elevator, a piece of art greets the visitor and sets the direction of the journey. The vestibule—an elegant corridor—culminates in a sculpture that organizes the space and anticipates the calm that defines the home. Discreetly integrated into wood paneling, the guest bathroom remains concealed, reinforcing the overall visual clarity.

From this point, the residence unfolds with fluidity. The kitchen emerges as a luminous space connected to both the main family room and the social areas. On one side, a circular dining room and a social lounge relate to the primary bedroom; on the other, the main living area and linear dining room connect to the secondary bedroom and the study. Everything is arranged with clarity, without losing continuity: floor-to-ceiling windows, the absence of unnecessary partitions, and natural light flowing through each space sustain an atmosphere of serene openness.

The secondary bedroom and the study complete the program, offering flexibility for everyday living.

The character of the project is defined by the meeting of noble materials: warm wood, marble, soft textiles, neutral tones, and abstract artworks that engage with light throughout the day. The décor is minimal, precise, and deliberate.
