The project preserved the original structure of the house, enhancing it with carefully selected architectural details. A new terrace was designed using modern materials such as galvanized steel, concrete, and wood. These materials perfectly complement the simple form of the building, giving it a raw yet aesthetically pleasing character.

The main entrance was relocated, and a new window layout was introduced. Particular attention was paid to details and material junctions, ensuring a high-quality finish for the project.
