ÉCLAT is a boutique lodging concept where architecture, interior design, and sensory experience come together to create an exclusive, warm, and contemporary space. The project embraces a concept of emotional luxury based on atmosphere, lighting, and materials, moving away from ostentation to offer an intimate and sophisticated experience.
Natural wood serves as the unifying element throughout the project, lending continuity and warmth to the spaces. This material interacts with dark stone cladding, indirect lighting, and metallic details to create enveloping and elegant atmospheres.
The suites have been designed as fluid spaces where the bedroom, bathroom, and living area integrate naturally, enhancing the visual spaciousness and sense of comfort. The wooden latticework and vertical paneling add rhythm, texture, and architectural identity, becoming one of the project’s most distinctive features.
Lighting plays a fundamental role in the spatial experience. Through lines of indirect light integrated into ceilings, walls, and furniture, warm and sensory scenes are created that transform the space during the day and especially at night.
The rooftop terrace serves as the project’s main experiential hub. Inspired by the aesthetics of contemporary resorts and beach clubs, it features lounge areas, Balinese beds, relaxation zones, and an infinity pool that transforms the rooftop into a private oasis high above the city.
The combination of water, vegetation, lighting, and wood creates a cinematic and relaxing atmosphere where architecture and landscape merge. The backlit latticework also provides a recognizable and exclusive visual identity that defines ÉCLAT’s character.
More than just a place to stay, ÉCLAT seeks to offer an immersive experience where design, well-being, and sophistication coexist in harmony to redefine the concept of contemporary luxury.
