Vegetation is not treated as an ornamental addition; it operates as part of the architectural system, softening the building’s verticality and creating a dynamic appearance that evolves throughout the day.

Inside, a range of residential typologies explores different ways of inhabiting compact floor areas. Kitchens, social spaces, bedrooms, and integrated furniture are arranged within fluid plans that minimize unnecessary circulation while maximizing daylight, views, and connections to balconies and terraces. Each residence maintains its own identity within a shared language of functionality, restraint, and warmth.

The material palette reinforces this continuity through timber, dark stone, neutral surfaces, and metal elements. From the lobby to the apartments, indirect lighting emphasizes textures, planes, and transitions, creating a calm atmosphere that balances contemporary precision with everyday comfort.
