“Elegante” is a manifesto project that interprets minimalism as a method rather than a style, grounded in the conscious act of choice (eligere). In a compact apartment overlooking the Port of Genoa, spatial constraints become a design opportunity: the maritime horizon informs both the spatial layout and perceptual experience, while the terrace extends the living area, establishing a continuous relationship with the surrounding landscape.

The interiors are defined by a balance between solids and voids, where absence acquires structural value. The bespoke kitchen, conceived as a micro-architecture, expresses formal rigor and meticulous attention to detail. The material palette combines Crema Luna limestone, flamed oak, concrete, and black Fenix, creating a tactile and chromatic dialogue.

Icons of historic design emerge throughout the space, while restrained lighting emphasizes an essential language based on subtraction, clarity, and precision in design.
