A 160,000 SF, seven-story Medical Office Building with elevated parking, Emblem’s newest facility is designed to provide outpatient medical services at a bustling Brooklyn intersection. Positioned to meet the needs of an underserved community in this urban setting, the building was strategically located near major mass transportation to attract patients to the Health System’s expanding services. Major design features include a parametrically designed folding glass exterior wall that mitigates late afternoon solar gain, discrete off-street parking, and backlit metal panels that lend a soft glow to the building at night. The project is one of the largest and newest buildings in the neighborhood, supporting community growth.
