The design of EEC’s new customer center in Facatativá, not only met the client’s needs, it is also a city landmark that contributes to the development of this municipality. The project, on two floors, is completely transparent. The first floor invites pedestrians to be part of the project, where a green wall gives life to this transitional space. Inside, the first floor has self-help cabins, help-desks and a bank. At the second level administrative offices were next to a back yard that serves as a recreational area.
