The project involves the development of a luxury residential complex in the area of Ermioni, Argolida. The complex comprises four autonomous residences, unified through two large outdoor swimming pools. These pools enhance the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a seamless integration with the surrounding landscape. The residences are strategically positioned to ensure optimal views and natural lighting, following the site's topographical lines to blend discreetly into the terrain.
The architectural design is based on clean geometric lines and the use of natural materials, providing timeless warmth and balance. Wood is one of the dominant materials, chosen for its sense of familiarity and its ability to organically connect the interior and exterior spaces. Large glass facades allow natural light to flood the interiors, making the spaces airy and bright while reinforcing the sense of transparency and connection with the environment.
The project’s color palette features soft, natural tones, with terracotta playing a prominent role. Its earthy hues harmonize perfectly with the surroundings, adding understated elegance and creating a contrast with the lush greenery and the deep blue sky. This thoughtful selection results in an atmosphere that integrates seamlessly with the landscape, maintaining aesthetic balance and highlighting the connection between the residences and the Argolidian environment.
The interior layout prioritizes privacy and user comfort. Common areas, such as the main entrance, are situated on the central level for easy access to outdoor spaces and the pools. Private spaces, like the bedrooms, are positioned in more secluded parts of the residences to ensure tranquility and discretion, creating an environment that enhances security and the overall living experience.
With respect for nature and the surrounding landscape, Ermioni Terra Villa draws its name from the Italian word terra, meaning "earth." This name reflects the profound connection of the design with the environment and the sense of harmony with the natural landscape.
