The parcel is located in the cadastral area of Hlubočepy and is surrounded by a variety of buildings. The location of the proposed building is based on the sloping terrain and access from the north side from the level of the existing retaining wall.

The main entrance to the building is situated from the street to the 2nd floor level. When entering via the footbridge past the parking space for 2 cars there is a vestibule with a cloakroom, an exit to the terrace and the main staircase of the house. The bedroom part of the house is located one level below, the main living floor is on the lowest level with direct access to the terrain.
