The upper floor includes a family room with a kitchen and a shower unite.
This upper floor planed with a future option to be closed as a living unit for one of the kids.
A big wide roof with an outdoor kitchen and a service area looks at the Mediterranean sea, with same floor tiles of the upper floor, it makes the feeling of continuity.
The metal black stairs located at the center of the long apartment, there for, they became to be a piece with presence, the thin metal continues on the ceiling above the kitchen and separated between the dining area with its two industrial lamps and the blue green kitchen. A wooden library used to divide the living room from the stairs area, but also to be instead of a railing.
The architects use verity of materials and colors, what helps them to divide and set different function by not using walls.
All the carpentry works such as the kitchen, storage objects, beds and dividers like doors and libraries designed at the studio by the architects in order to answer all needs of the family.
Using classical design language and details like french kitchen doors or marble tiles next to modern materials like consecrate floor and metal stairs, create plentiful spaces.
