In designing Farmazon's Istanbul Headquarters, our primary goal was to create a workspace that balances modern elegance with functional minimalism. As a technology-driven company, Farmazon required an environment that is both dynamic and sophisticated. Thus, we developed a 900 m² design that brings together transparency, collaboration, and personalized comfort.
The open-plan layout was designed to enhance communication and encourage spontaneous interaction. Floor-to-ceiling windows create a bright and inviting atmosphere that supports productivity and creativity. To complement natural daylight, artificial lighting solutions were integrated to enhance visual comfort and reduce eye strain.
Natural materials and textures were carefully selected to add warmth and character to the space. Wooden surfaces were combined with soft, neutral color palettes and complemented by greenery to create a balanced and inspiring environment. Every detail, from fabric choices to surface textures, was meticulously curated to enrich the sensory experience.
Executive areas were designed to maintain privacy while ensuring connectivity with teams. Glass partitions and advanced acoustic solutions provided quiet, focused spaces that allowed leadership to remain integrated within the open-plan layout. These areas offered a balanced solution between professionalism and accessibility, reflecting the company’s corporate identity through a modern aesthetic.
One of the standout features of the design was the integration of Farmazon's brand identity into the architectural language. Shades of the brand’s signature yellow were applied to the exposed HVAC ducts, cable trays, fire protection pipes, and mechanical piping systems, infusing industrial elements with vibrant energy. This approach not only emphasized the corporate identity but also introduced a sophisticated and dynamic character to the space.
Comfort and well-being were prioritized through the careful selection of ergonomic furniture and innovative acoustic solutions. Soft-textured furnishings and strategically placed sound-absorbing panels minimized distractions, supporting both individual focus and collaborative work.
Ultimately, Farmazon's new headquarters transcends basic functionality, offering a workspace where innovation, comfort, and aesthetics converge. The architectural vision, realized with precision, aligns with the company's forward-thinking approach, creating an inspiring and enjoyable environment tailored to the dynamics of modern work life.
