A glazed dining room to an end of terrace hose to create a courtyard. The room is carefully detailed with simple materials, brick, soot washed metal windows, and an exposed timber roof structure.

What was the brief?

To make the kitchen dining space work properly, and to convert the basement into a playroom and utility room, together with additional storage areas.

What are the sustainability features?

A green roof was added to the extension, and high levels of insulation to new fabric and existing fabric upgraded where possible.
