We wanted to create a building that would delicately blend into its surroundings while taking full advantage of the privileged views the location offers. This was primarily achieved through the extensive use of glass panels and the creation of spacious balconies for each of the units.
In addition to the sweeping views they enjoy, the units are designed as open spaces that provide complete freedom for customization to accommodate each individual's lifestyle.
On the facade, the free alternation between glass panels and wooden panels lends a certain lightness and informality to the building's volume in its composition.
The relationship with the street is marked by a large canopy, giving the entrance an expression of urban generosity and at the same time a welcoming atmosphere.
