Fish Shop - Lord Barramundi, is a retail shop inside the Box Hill Market in suburbia Melbourne, Victoria.
The client’s brief was to create a fresh design to reflect on the fresh quality seafood on display. To do this, a simple clean shop front was designed to ensure the produce on display becomes the hero.
The use of natural timber provided a boat like appearance, and the lime washed finish provided a refreshing and inviting shop front. The minimalistic design approach made the fish shop stand out from the surrounding shops which were of bold colour palettes.
