Five​ 27 is a brand new boutique condominium designed with timeless architecture that is simultaneously modern, urban and refined.

Fogarty Finger designed both the architecture and Interiors for the four story, 27 unit building. The architects playfully reinterpreted the traditional row house with red brick and large windows. Each window is framed with brownstone sills and headers to add depth of façade. The units all feature top-of-the-line interiors and white-oak flooring. Kitchens are outfitted with stainless steel appliances; the bathrooms all have custom porcelain floors and wall tiles. Other amenities include a landscaped rooftop, a fitness center and a parking garage for residents.

The architects are particularly proud of the building's lobby - grounded by a large open fireplace and dark wood to create a cozy and relaxed feeling.
