Apartment for a young single person who wanted a nice apartment, but without great luxuries, always focusing on practicality and functionality. He works from home, so we eliminated the second bedroom and created a home office integrated into the social area.
The kitchen is compact because he doesn't cook often, but it has all the functions a kitchen needs. Another request was a large social area, for which we integrated the kitchen and the terrace.
