The SOM Interiors Group in Chicago has been designing and developing the Medio furniture collection for Halcon since 2005. The basic design premise of the collection is simplicity, the maximization of workspace, and seamless integration of technology into furniture.

The Medio collection consists of three discrete furniture lines. The first line’s focus was conference tables and credenza desks and the second line’s emphasis was training and storage. The most recent SOM-designed line for Halcon is the Medio Casegoods Collection, which launched at NeoCon 2007.
