To create an iconic, monumental form, the design utilizes oval geometry that integrates seamlessly with the urban skyline.

The concept involves carving the oval volume to achieve spatial dynamism, with interconnected inner openings transforming the building into a captivating 3D loop within the oval envelope. The anatomy consists of three parts rotated within the oval form, with a rhombus-shaped base grid defining the design and four shear cores serving as the primary vertical structural elements and vertical circulation shafts.
